OPI Holiday 2012 Skyfall Collection Swatches

A Ulta just recently opened nearby and the only reason I discovered it was because I was going to watch a movie with my boyfriend. After the movie, we decided to go in. The first thing I see is the OPI Holiday 2012 Skyfall Collection (based from the 007 movie coming out on November 9th). There were a lot of gorgeous colors, but I ended up picking up 3 out of the 12, each one retailing for $8.50. I picked up Goldeneye, Tomorrow Never Dies & On Her Majesty's Secret Service (shown below from left to right)

Goldeneye is probably one of the most gorgeous gold glittery nail polishes I've ever seen. It was the first to catch my eye. It only took two coats of this polish to make it completely opaque. This is definitely a perfect polish for the holiday season.

Tomorrow Never Dies is a royal purple color with some blue and pink undertones. It has a nice rich texture. If you apply one coat, it looks streaky, I recommend two coats for this polish.

On Her Majesty's Secret Service is a silvery blue/grey-ish teal with a ton of blue and gold shimmer. It takes about three to four coats to get it opaque. However, I do love this shade nonetheless.

And in addition to their entire collection, they released The Man With The Gold Gun. It is a real 18K gold flakey top coat that comes in a limited edition gold bottle. Retailing for around $28 to $30.

Overall, I think this is a great holiday collection. However I would say that not all these polishes are unique. They do have some amazing colors though.
